ADM693AANZ Overview
There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in the form of a Tube, power management is easy to use. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. IC management is packaged as a 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Battery Backup Circuit products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT APPLICABLE. Manage ics operate at 4.5V supply voltages. The mount is attached to Through Hole. There are a total of 16 pins on power management. Pin count of the power management is 16. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 0V for this PMIC. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Through Hole. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain, Push-Pull. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 100μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM693, the base power ics number. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 100μA. In total, the voltage supervisor has 1 inputs which are monitored at the same time.
