ADM693AARNZ Overview
There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tube way. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your reference in this IC power. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Battery Backup Circuit products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. 16 pins are present in total in this power management. Pin count of the power management is 16. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 0V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain, Push-Pull. Supplied with a operating current of 100μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. Additionally, IC management are a variety of features, for example [0], to name a few.
