ADN2890ACPZ-RL Overview


There is a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. This is a Limiting type op amp. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. The number of terminations is approaching the 16 mark. A total of 16 pins are attached to buffer op amp. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 3.3V. To be specific, this instrumentation amplifier is a type of ATM/SONET/SDH ICs. It has 16 pins that make up the linear amplifier. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 100μV. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. It is recommended that this op amp ic be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C~85°C for optimal performance. An 39mA volt supply current is needed for this linear amplifier to operate.
