For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 700kHz.
