optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 4.2V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V.
