There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 250kHz. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is -3V.
