ADP5303ACBZ-1-R7 Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 9 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 9-WFBGA, WLCSP package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Programmable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.15V as an input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 50mA 500mA output current of voltage regulator.
