optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 600kHz 1.2GHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V 2.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 50mA 300mA 800mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 15V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 6V for operation.
