ADR03BUJ-R2 Description


Precision 10.0 V, 5.0 V, 2.5 V, and 3.0 V band gap voltage references with high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption are the ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06. The components come in compact, 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages as well as versions with 8 leads in SOIC. The industry-standard REF01, REF02, and REF03 are interchangeable with the SOIC versions of the ADR01, ADR02, and ADR03. The ADR0x references are the perfect choice for general-purpose and space-constrained applications because to their tiny footprint and wide working range.

The TEMP terminal can be utilized for temperature sensing and approximation using an external buffer and a straightforward resistor network. The devices have a TRIM terminal that can be used to precisely alter the output voltage. Compact voltage references with little drift, the ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 deliver an incredibly steady output voltage over a large source voltage range. They come in 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages, as well as 8-lead SOIC packages with options for A, B, and C grade. The increased industrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) is specified for all components.
