ADR444ARMZ-REEL7 Overview
8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.13% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.ADR444 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 10mA inputs.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 4.096V.4.096V voltage lower than 4.096V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 4.6V~18V voltage input.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.It generates a fixed voltage of 4.096V.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 3.75mA.Current supply is 3.75mA.It operates on a supply current of 3.75mA for its operation.There is a gadget in the XFET® series.A supplier device package of 8-MSOP is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
