ADR4520ARZ-R7 Description
With a ±0.02% C grade maximum initial error, great temperature stability, and low output noise, the ADR4520ARZ-R7 device is a high precision, low power, low noise voltage reference.
This family of voltage references offers the best temperature stability and noise performance in the market while yet achieving excellent accuracy. The devices' low long-term output voltage drift and low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis significantly increase system accuracy across time and temperature changes.
The devices perform remarkably well in portable equipment thanks to their maximum operational current of 950 μA and their maximum low dropout voltage of 300 mV.
The eight-lead SOIC packages for the reference series ADR4520, ADR4525, ADR4530, ADR4533, ADR4540, and ADR4550 are each available in a wide range of output voltages and are all defined for the extended industrial temperature range of 40°C to +125°C. Additionally, the C grade ADR4525, ADR4540, and ADR4550 are offered with a 0°C to 70°C temperature range. The 8-lead SOIC package of the ADR4525W, which is suitable for automotive applications, is available.
