Description
The ADR4525BRZ device is a low-power, low-noise voltage reference with a maximum initial error of ±0.02% C grade, great temperature stability, and low output noise.
This voltage reference family has a novel core topology to achieve excellent accuracy while also providing industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. The devices' low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis and long-term output voltage drift increase system accuracy across time and temperature changes.
The devices work well in portable equipment since they have a maximum operating current of 950 μA and a maximum low dropout voltage of 300 mV.
The ADR4525BRZ reference is available in an 8-lead SOIC package with a variety of output voltages, all of which are defined throughout a wide industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The ADR4525BRZ is also available in C grade, with a 0°C to 70°C temperature range. The ADR4525BRZ is a certified automotive component that comes in an 8-lead SOIC package.
