ADR4540ARZ-R7 Description
The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 devices are low-power, high-precision voltage references with low output noise and a maximum initial inaccuracy of ±0.02% C grade.
This family of voltage references offers the best temperature stability and noise performance in the market while yet achieving excellent accuracy. The devices' low long-term output voltage drift and low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis significantly increase system accuracy across time and temperature changes.
The devices perform remarkably well in portable equipment thanks to their maximum operational current of 950 μA and their maximum low dropout voltage of 300 mV.
Each reference in the ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 series is offered in an 8-lead SOIC package and comes in a variety of output voltages. All of these references are defined across the broad industrial temperature range of 40°C to +125°C. With a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, the ADR4525, ADR4540, and ADR4550 are also offered in C grade. The 8-lead SOIC version of the ADR4525W is suitable for use in automotive applications.
