ADRF5021BCCZN Overview

Using the Strip package, the RF Switches optimize the performance of the RF Switches.A RF Switch consists of 20 terminations.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when the RF Switch is in operation.The ADRF5021 family of high power RF switchs includes this high power RF switch.The high power RF switch operation is carried out by 20 pins.This is the type of RF signal from the RF switch ic that is VSAT.There is 3.3V voltage limit on the RF Switch.
