ADRF5160BCPZ Overview

It uses the Strip package in order to optimize the performance of this RF Switch.This RF Switch should operate at a temperature of -40°C~105°C when operating.In order to operate high power RF switch, 32 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its CMOS COMPATIBLE feature.A RF type of General Purpose is provided by the RF switch ic.RF Switchs with 4.5V~5.4V voltage capabilities can be used.
