ADUM162N1BRZ Description
ADUM162N1BRZ developed by Analog Devices Inc. is a type of 6-channel digital isolator designed based on iCoupler® technology. Compared with optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers, it is able to deliver more outstanding performance characteristics by combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology. Compatibility with lower voltage systems and voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier can be ensured when it operates with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.7 V to 5.5 V.
