ADUM5230ARWZ-RL Description
ADUM5230ARWZ-RL developed by Analog Devices Inc. is a type of isolated half-bridge driver with integrated high-side supply. Independent and isolated high-side and low-side outputs are achieved based on iCoupler® technology. Based on the CMOS and micro transformer technologies, this device integrates an integrated dc-to-dc converter to provide an isolated high-side supply. This solves the difficulties in cost, space, and performance associated with external supply configurations such as bootstrap circuitry.
