DAC8512FSZ-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5V. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when operating. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, there are a total of 8 terminations on it. DAC8512 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. In order to make it work, 8 pins have been designed. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications.
