A frequency of 32GHz~46GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.With the enhanced Module, SMA Connectors package, this RF IC is excellent.Bulk package is used for this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Connector Mount-type PCB or development board.This is a 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It must not be less than -55°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
