RF IC features an enhanced 169-LBGA package.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 168-pin.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
