HMC1065LP4E Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 27GHz~34GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 90mA.
