A frequency of 3.8GHz~5.6GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC features an enhanced 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.
