A frequency of 20GHz~40GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC with the enhanced Die package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk package.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.A 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -55°C.
