HMC349ALP4CE Overview

A Strip package is used in the RF Switches to optimize performance.RF Switchs should be operated at -40°C~85°C temperature while operating.The HMC349 family of high power RF switchs includes this high power RF switch.There are 16 pins used for high power RF switch operation.This RF switch ic operates from a supply current of 1mA.A RF type of General Purpose is provided by the RF switch ic.It is possible for the RF Switch to supply voltages of 4.5V~5.5V.
