HMC368LP4 Overview

A frequency of 9GHz~16GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 24 pins.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 75mA.
