HMC431LP4E Overview
A frequency of 5.5GHz~6.1GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.24-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
