HMC448LC3B Overview
On the basis of the frequency 20GHz~25GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This is a 12-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 110mA in order to deliver its performance.
