A frequency of 12.4GHz~13.4GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Cut Tape (CT) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
