This RF Switch utilizes the Strip package for optimized performance.-40°C~85°C should be the operating temperature when RF Switch is operating.This high power RF switch belongs to the HMC550 family.The high power RF switch operation of the system is controlled by 6 pins.In addition to adding efficiency and stability to the RF switch ic, the CMOS COMPATIBLE feature brings even greater benefits.The RF switch ic type is WiMAX / WiBro.It is possible to supply 3.3V volts to the RF Switch.
