HMC572 Overview
On the basis of the frequency 24GHz~28GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced Die package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.It is a 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -55°C to ensure its reliability.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 125mA.
