HMC573LC3BTR Overview


RF modulator operates at 8GHz~22GHz frequency.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 12 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 12-pin RF module.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 92mA in order to deliver its performance.
