HMC578 Overview
In the 23GHz~33GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced Die packages are excellent with common characteristics.Tray package is used to mount this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 0 pins.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 81mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
