HMC677LP5E Overview
Due to the enhanced 32-VQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 32 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 1.5mA in order to deliver its performance.
