HMC701LP6CE Overview
Strip-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 40 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
