This RF modulator operates at 8.6GHz~10.2GHz frequency.The enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
