HMC7911LP5ETR Overview

A frequency of 17.5GHz~19.7GHz is used to operate RF modulator.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package .The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.32 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 32 pins.
