HMC7912LP5E Overview
As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 21GHz~24GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package .This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.There are 32 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
