HMC829LP6GETR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 40 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input.
