HMC910LC4B Overview

The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Bulk. With the 24-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~70°C operating temperature. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number HMC910 are universally preferred. A Surface Mount mounting is used. Pins on the 24 axis are arranged in this design.
