HMC917LP3ETR Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 6GHz~10GHz.Due to the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The package of this RF modulator is Cut Tape (CT).You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.16 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 91mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
