HMC929LP4ETR Overview


A frequency of 4GHz~8GHz is used to operate RF modulator.The enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Cut Tape (CT) package is used to mount this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 24 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.24-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
