In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. A J-FET-type buffer amplifier is shown here. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations is approaching the 8 mark. Linear amplifier has a total of 8 pins. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 15V.
