OP90GS Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tube case. It is estimated that there will be 8 terminations in the next few months.
