Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 0 pins.A voltage reference ic with 0 pins is settled.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 4V.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Current supply is 1mA.
