ADM7150ACPZ-3.3-R2 Description


The ADM7150 is a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that can deliver up to 800 mA of output current and operates between 4.5 V and 16 V. It offers exceptional line and load transient response with a 10 F ceramic output capacitor, high power supply rejection (>90 dB from 1 kHz to 1 MHz), ultralow output noise (1.7 nVHz), and innovative patented construction.

  • 800 mA load, 0.6 V dropout voltage at VOUT = 5 V

  • Accuracy of the initial voltage: 1%
