ADP3301AR-3 Description
The ADP3301 is a precision low dropout anyCAPTM* voltage regulator from the ADP330x series. The ADP3301 differs from traditional LDOs thanks to its original architecture, improved process, and new packaging. A noninverting wideband driver and a stage that enables the use of an internal "pole splitting" capacitor are part of its patented design, which enables it to stabilize the feedback loop using a single output capacitor as small as 0.47 F. No matter the ESR (Equivalent Serial Resistance) value of the capacitor, including ceramic types (MLCC) for applications with limited space, this device is stable with them. Exceptional precision of 0.8% at room temperature and 1.4% overall accuracy over temperature, line, and load limitations are achieved by the ADP3301.
