LM319J Overview
CDIP is used to simplify the process.A voltage reference ic with 14 pins is settled.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.In case of a current exceeding 4.3mA, improper operation may occur, possibly resulting in damage to the voltage reference ic.Supply voltages (Vsup) should not exceed 30V volts for this component.Powering the voltage reference circuit should require at least 5V volts.
