LT1009IS8#TR Overview
A handy package called SOIC is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.4%.Input is taken from a Fixed form.10mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.Generally, the cathode current should be 400μA.Its lowest voltage output is 2.5V.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 2.5V is output.
