Uses the handy SOIC package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series, Shunt signal.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.2% must be used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.It can be used by applications with 10mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.The cathode current should be 800μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 5V.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 70°C.Temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 5V.At idle, the part uses 1.2mA.A supply current of 1.5mA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
