SOIC is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have 0.05% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.It can be used with 15mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.5V voltage lower than 5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 5V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 3.1mA.Current supply is 3.5mA.
